Anyone can signup for this league, there will be no rules regarding gender (i.e., no mandated number of women or men to be on the field at all times).

There will be no player cap.

There will be a $5 late fee for signups occurring after the draft (which will occur the week prior to league starting).

No one will be allowed to signup after March 17th.
