Hustle & Flow is a Memphis-based, mixed ultimate team starting our third year. We're open to any level of experience. If you're interested in playing competitive, mixed frisbee, then we're interested in you! Our immediate goals are to compete, have fun, participate in one tournament per month, and play at Sectionals.
